why is this funny?

I love the internet. You can find the stupidest stuff and laugh forever about it. Why is this funny? I'm not entirely sure. Perhaps it's because the man is trying to have a rational discussion with an attack dog; or perhaps because the dog is indeed wearing shoes. Whatever the why, please enjoy.
